LocTrove Privacy Policy
Overview
LocTrove is designed as a private, local file toolbox for iPhone and iPad. Supported file processing is completed on your device. We do not upload, view, sell, or share your files.
Files and Processing
When you choose a video, image, audio output, or PDF output in LocTrove, the app uses local Apple platform APIs to process the selected files on your device. Your file contents, file names, file paths, and generated results are not sent to our servers.
Information We Collect
LocTrove does not require an account and does not collect file contents. The app may store local app state on your device, such as purchase status and free usage counters, in order to provide app functionality.
Purchases
LocTrove may offer a one-time in-app purchase through Apple. Purchase processing, receipts, refunds, and restoration are handled by Apple. We do not receive your payment card information.
Photos and Files Access
LocTrove asks for access only when you choose media from Photos or Files. Access is used to import the selected item into the app workflow. You can manage Photos permissions in iOS Settings at any time.
Email Feedback
If you choose to send feedback, LocTrove opens your mail app with your message. Email is sent only after you choose to send it. The content you include in the email will be received at our support address.
Children's Privacy
LocTrove is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app does not require an account or upload user files, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes. The latest version will be available on this page with an updated date.
